CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This Clarification Text has been prepared by dNb İnsan Kaynakları ve Yazılım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("Company") in order to enlighten you regarding the processing of your personal data by our Company within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").

In the capacity of Data Controller, your personal data will be processed by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying your personal data within the framework described below, depending on the business purposes. In this context, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations regulated by our Company to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access and to ensure its preservation.

The data owner hereby declares that he/she has been informed about the purpose for which his/her personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the personal data will be transferred, the method and legal reason for the collection of personal data and that he/she has the rights listed in Article 11 of the law, and that he/she consents to the use, processing and sharing of his/her personal data by our company as specified in this text.
